Cancellation Policy:

If you do not cancel 48hrs before your appointment, you will lose your deposit.

You are only allowed to reschedule and transfer your initial deposit (1) time. The one time transfer is applicable only to your rescheduled appointment and cannot be transferred to another client. If you need to reschedule more than (1) time, you will forfeit your initial deposit and will have to to make a new deposit for your rescheduled appointment.

If you decide to cancel altogether, please remember that the deposit is non-refundable, and non-transferable.
